My personal Bioshock PC save games including the autosave for each level and one or two saved games for every chapter. It contains the bad ending because I didn't know you are not allowed to harvest the little sisters. I'll add one with the good ending after I finish the game once more and maybe I'll even film the walkthrough. You can also try the latest Bioshock patch that fixes minor errors and improve your gameplay. You can also download the game's demo but I must warn you it's pretty big (1.84 GB!!!). Enjoy!
In order to play the game using my saved games, you must extract the file with WinRar, then copy it's content in My Computer, Documents, Bioshock, SaveGame. It is similar in Vista, XP and 7. If you encounter problems, please consult our Troubleshooting section in the Forum. Bioshock and Bioshock 2 save games are really big, all of them are 124 MB.

Follow the instructions provided with the patch after extracting it with Winrar. According to the publisher, this patch brings the following modifications:
Added compatibility with Matrox TripleHead2Go - Allows Bioshock users to play in Surround Gaming Mode across 3 screens simultaneously
Added rendering support for TripleHead2Go
Added the following plasmids and gene tonics: Sonic Boom, Sonic Boom 2, Eve Saver, Machine Buster, Machine Buster 2, Vending Expert, Vending Expert 2
Added an Option to disable the Vita-Chambers for added difficulty.
Changed behavior of subtitles so that inappropriate queuing is improved
Added support for a walk toggle keybind

Atlas VO volume increased for German releases

Mind that it is really big for a demo (1.8GB). To install it same routine: extract and double click the installer and follow the instructions. Works on XP, Vista, 7.
