You can find on this page the complete saved game for Battlefield Bad Company 2. It contains the finished campaign mode with a lot of special collectible weapons and medals earned. EA Games seem to get paranoid and provide content only through STEAM or other services. As a consequence the patch is not freely available for download so you'll have to download it through your game provider. I'm afraid that the demo was only for beta testing and doesn't exist anymore...
Extract the archive with WinRar or similar and copy it's content to Documents, BFBC2.
